Vic Vega known to the other Dogs as Mr. Blonde is the cool slick stud-like character. He is also a "psycho". He acts as Joe Cabot's right hand man. A witty man who is cool on the outside but very violent on the inside. After doing four years without saying a word about Joe, Vic is out of prison and looking for a job. Once he meets up with Joe and Eddie, they tell him about this diamond heist they plan on pulling off, and quickly recruit Vic for the job. Initially comes off normal but as the movie progresses we realize he is the complete opposite. Sincerely enjoying torturing a hostage cop, Marvin Nash. He is also the one that started killing everyone in the store when the alarm went off as a crazy reaction.
